Our Employment Practice provides comprehensive advisory and contentious services covering the full spectrum of employment and industrial relations matters. Our lawyers regularly represent and advise corporations, businesses and individual employees in relation to employment and labour laws in Malaysia.
Drawing on the firm’s combined expertise in corporate and dispute resolution practices, our Employment Practice is uniquely positioned to provide seamless support across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This integrated approach enables us to address complex issues that often intersect with corporate, regulatory, and dispute resolution considerations.
On the advisory front, we assist clients on a myriad of employment matters, including termination and dismissal of employees, disciplinary proceedings and domestic inquiries, severance agreements, employment contracts and manuals and handbooks and policies.
On the contentious front, our team regularly handles a wide range of employment disputes, including, unfair and wrongful dismissals, enforcement of confidentiality clauses, employee misconduct investigations, and breaches of fiduciary duties. We represent clients before the Industrial Court and other Malaysian courts in matters arising from industrial relations disputes.
