Our Practice Area

Construction & Infrastructure

Description

Our Construction and Infrastructure team has experience across the full lifecycle of a project, handling both contentious and non-contentious work.

We advise clients on all aspects of construction and infrastructure, from inception to completion. This involves drafting and reviewing contract and project documents (such as EPCC and FIDIC), and the management of ongoing projects pending legal proceedings. On the contentious front, we handle a diverse range of disputes, involving delay and disruption claims, defects claims, payment and valuation claims and disputes concerning performance bonds and other guarantees. We act for clients across the full spectrum of resolution options from adjudication (CIPAA) and mediation to arbitration and litigation.

We have acted for employers, contractors, sub-contractors, property developers, construction companies, and government-linked companies.
