We act for principal advisers, lead arrangers/managers, underwriters, investors, trustees, guarantors, financial advisers as well as corporate issuers and sponsors across diverse industries. We have considerable industry-specific experience advising on transitions in the semiconductor, engineering services, manufacturing, retail and food and beverage business, logistics, financial technology, construction and property development sectors.
