Cheah Teh Su Announces Admission of Henry Tan Hup Yiak to Partnership

Cheah Teh Su is pleased to announce that Mr Henry Tan Hup Yiak has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Corporate/Conveyancing Department with effect from 3 February 2025.
Henry brings a wide experience in various capital market exercises such as initial public offerings (IPOs) on domestic and international stock exchanges, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, rights issues, bonus issues, share options, placement exercises and regularisation plans.
The Firm would like to extend its heartiest welcome to Henry.
