Cheah Teh Su advises the vendors of Hung Tai Group on the RM46.8 million strategic sale to Life Water Berhad

Cheah Teh Su acted as legal counsel to the vendors of Hung Tai Group in the RM46.8 million sale of a 90% equity interest in the group to Life Water Berhad, implying an enterprise value of RM52 million and a price-to-earnings (P/E) of approximately 7x.
