Cheah Teh Su advises WTS Capital Berhad on its WPS Gold-Tier Distributorship

We are pleased to share that our Partner, Henry Tan Hup Yiak, acted for WTS Capital Berhad (formerly known as Systech Bhd.) in connection with the WPS Software Products Gold-Tier Distributor Agreement entered into by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Systech Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd, with WPS Software Pte Ltd.

Under the agreement, Systech Digital is appointed as a non-exclusive Gold-Tier distributor of WPS Software Products in Malaysia, covering SaaS software subscription services, perpetual license software, private deployment solutions, software assurance services and technical training services.

WPS Software is owned by Kingsoft Office Software Corp Ltd. The deal marks WTS Capital's second software distributorship in three months, following its appointment as Malaysian distributor for Kingbase database software in August 2026.

This mandate builds on our ongoing relationship with WTS Capital group, following our advice on its proposed RM40 million share capital reduction and change of name to WTS Capital Bhd. We congratulate WTS Capital on this latest step in broadening its technology portfolio.
