A milestone for the upcoming ACE Market listing of Bus Cap Berhad

Bus Cap Berhad has officially formalised its underwriting agreement with TA Securities Holdings Berhad forits upcoming ACE Market listing on Bursa Malaysia.

TA Securities has been appointed as the Principal Adviser, Sponsor, Underwriter, and Placement Agent for the IPO exercise. Principally involved in the design, manufacturing and assembling of bus bodies, Bus Cap is geared to utilise the IPO proceeds to scale production and meet the rising demand in the commercial transport sector.
