Cheah Teh & Su is pleased to announce that Mr Ho Yu Jing has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Corporate/Conveyancing Department with effect from 1 January 2024.

Yu Jing brings a wealth of experience in the areas of Corporate M&A, Investments, and Capital Market. His expertise spans domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters.

With more than 7 years of experience as a Corporate lawyer, Yu Jing also boasts a strong academic background, having graduated with First Class Honours degree in law from the University of the West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom.
