Zoe Tan Huei Yi

Zoe Tan Huei Yi is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Commercial & Conveyancing department at Cheah Teh Su. She joined the firm in May 2025 as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate on 1 April 2026.

Zoe’s practice focuses on initial public offerings, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, renewable energy project advisory, and a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She advises on corporate exercises, conducts legal due diligence, and prepares and reviews transaction documents for both domestic and cross-border transactions.

She is actively involved in the preparation and review of transactional documentation, including due diligence reports, prospectuses, and regulatory submissions in connection with capital markets transactions.

Zoe is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, and is conversant in Cantonese and Hokkien.
