Melisa's dispute resolution experience includes commercial litigation, debt recovery, landlord and tenant disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, and arbitration proceedings. She has also has experience in matters in relation to Mareva injunctions and Fortuna injunctions, as well as adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA).
Melisa speaks English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
