Luqman Afiq Bin Kamarudin

Luqman Afiq Bin Kamarudin is an Associate at CTS. He completed his pupillage at a boutique litigation firm in Kuala Lumpur and subsequently practised at a general litigation firm in Cheras before joining the firm. Luqman has handled a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, including matters involving defamation, shareholder disputes, construction claims, and insolvency proceedings. 

His current practice at the firm focuses on development and planning law, administrative and public law, construction law, employment law, land-related disputes, and contractual litigation.

He is proficient in both English and Malay.

Outside of practice, Luqman remains actively involved in coaching debate at his former secondary school and serves as an adjudicator for debate competitions.
