Lian Zhee Ling

Lian Zhee Ling graduated from the University of London in 2022 and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2023. She completed her pupillage at a law firm specialising in capital markets, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on initial public offerings. She was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in June 2025.

Following her admission, Zhee Ling joined the firm as an Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Department. She has been involved in a wide range of corporate exercises and transactions, including fundraising exercises, share capital reductions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as listings of companies on stock exchanges in Malaysia and the United States.

She is proficient in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese.
