Profile
Bryan Yau Jun Ting joined CTS as an Associate in August 2025, bringing a strong foundational background in both litigation and advisory work. Prior to joining the firm, Bryan commenced his legal journey as a pupil at a boutique law firm with a focus on corporate and commercial advisory, where he gained experience providing advisory services to a global retail group and handling dispute resolution matters for a multinational software company. His experience further extends to preparing due diligence reports, conveyancing matters, and drafting concept papers.
His practice at CTS encompasses civil litigation, including commercial disputes, industrial relations matters, project development, and tortious matters. Bryan has assisted in high-profile cases for a conglomerate, most notably in the matter of Genting Highlands Berhad & 2 Ors v GM Aero Support Sdn. Bhd. & 5 Ors, where the firm acted for the Plaintiffs. He also advises on corporate and commercial matters, including delivering legal opinions across a range of practice areas, as well as reviewing and drafting agreements.
Bryan graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Liverpool in 2023 and completed his Bar Practice Training Course with a High Distinction at the University of Law, Manchester in 2024. During his studies, he was the recipient of the ULaw Malaysia Scholarship (2023) and the University of Liverpool and HELP University Scholarship (2022). His academic excellence was further recognized by a multi-year Merit Scholarship awarded by HELP University between 2019 and 2021.
